Jewelry Store Accusing Linnocent Looking for Book Deal

A representative for the jewelry store that claims Lindsay Lohan stole a $2,500 necklace contacted a literary agent trying to sell a book about the situation, the agent tells

And if that doesn’t sound like a page-turner to you, then you’re in agreement with literary agent Sharlene Martin who turned down the jeweler instantly.

What’s more, a source close to Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Holley, told that , "it's absolutely stunning and shocking that they are trying to get a book deal. It's truly appalling."

Martin told this about her conversation with the store’s rep: "He said he is the publicist for the jewelry store, and that they want to do a book about the Lindsay Lohan necklace story.

"I told him, ‘I'm sorry, I don’t see it. This is a moment, not a book.’”

Martin told us that the publicist did not offer any new details on the incident, and she simply didn’t see any way this could be turned into a book.

"The truth be told...if I were interested I would have asked questions,” Martin told “I represent legitimate clients. You know instantly when someone calls you whether it’s a moment, a minute or whether it has legs as a book. This is a fleeting moment. I don’t see how there is enough to put between the pages of a book.”

She said their entire conversation lasted just 30 seconds, and she said she wasn’t interested in representing the store. broke the story that the jewelry store sold its surveillance video of Lindsay for more than $35,000. Making a profit off the situation could create credibility problems for the jewelry store in the criminal case if it comes down to a question of the owner’s word against Lindsay’s.

A representative for the jewelry store previously told that the owner sold the tape because business had been hurt by the Lindsay situation.

But a criminal trial witness who has cashed in on the situation – or tried to – certainly will raise questions and complicate the prosecution’s case.

Lindsay faces felony grand theft charges stemming from the incident.

Lady Gaga's Pre-Fame Apartment: Roaches, "Cocaine Everywhere"

Lady Gaga has offered some insight into what has shaped her into becoming the artist she is today, hinting at past "traumatic events", but refusing to elaborate further for fear her experiences would be "twisted and turned" by the media.

The controversial singer opened up to rock journalist Neil Strauss who has included a snippet of their conversation in his new book Everyone Loves You When You Are Dead, and can bring you an exclusive interview with the author.

"I asked her if she'd been through a traumatic experience when she was younger and she said yes, that it was when she was in New York and it was so terrible that she'd blocked it out," Strauss told

"She said it was so horrible that she didn't want it in her younger fans' heads. I think she felt that if she opened up about herself, then it would define her and that's all anyone would ask about."

In the book the 24-year-old singer tells Strauss: "I didn't have a bad childhood. All of the things I went through were on my own quest for an artistic journey to f**k myself up like Warhol and Bowie and Mick, and just go for it.

"All of the trauma I caused to myself. Or it was caused by people that I met when being outrageous and irresponsible," she explained.

The outspoken star went on to admit how the drug abuse of her early days still haunts her.

"Sometimes it freaks me out -- or I should say it petrifies me -- when I think about laying in my apartment (in New York) with bed bugs and roaches on the floor and mirrors with cocaine everywhere, and no will or interest in doing anything but making music and getting high," she said.

"I've had such obstacles with drugs and rejection and people not believing in me. It's been a very long and continuous road that I love, but it's hard to just chalk it up to myself. I have to believe there's something greater than myself."

And, while Gaga was clearly a constant on the Manhattan party scene, Strauss is uncertain as to whether she could be defined as a drug addict.

"She was a young artistic woman in New York in a performance artist party scene and of course she did coke," he told "I think there's a line between doing coke as a recreation party thing and doing coke on your own.

"Who knows if she was buying it on her own or using it a lot but she was able to stop herself without going to rehab or having treatment. Whether she was an addict or a very committed causal user is not clear."

The best-selling author also believes that the wacky Poker Face singer hides behind her crazy costumes as a way to keep her personal life out of the headlines.

"I never asked her about her clothes, they're just a distraction from the person. She's bent on exhibitionism," Strauss explained.

"She wants to be untouchable, unreachable, inhuman... her whole motivation is, 'I'm going to be your modern day goddess.'"

In his book, Strauss details the best of his interviews with rock 'n' roll royalty and the elite of the acting and entertainment worlds, including Madonna, Snoop Dogg, Ozzy Obourne, Tom Cruise, Zac Efron, Prince and Britney Spears.

Everyone Loves You When You're Dead is available on Amazon from March 15.

Lindslandered Lohinnocent to Sue Jewelry Store Over Surveillance Tape

Lindsay Lohan is preparing to sue Kamofie & Company jewelry store -- claiming they had no right to cash in from the sale of the infamous surveillance tape ... because Lindsay never gave them the right to use her image for profit ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the surveillance video tell TMZ ... Kamofie sold the rights to distribute the tape to the Associated Press for at least $40k. The AP has since struck a deal with "Entertainment Tonight" in which the show got exclusive rights to air the tape for one week.

We're told Lohan met with her lawyers today ... no word on when she plans to file the lawsuit.

UPDATE: A rep for Kamofie tells us, "We regret to hear there is trepidation by Miss Lohan in connection with the video. "

The statement continues, "We hope that everyone understands that this is beyond our control, the flood of the requests to see this video were simply too overwhelming. It was truly necessary to put it out."

Dis gun b gud. Getting my couch cushions ready rn.

LINNOCENT LOHAN Not showing Her Pussy in "Sex Book"

Lindsay Lohan is blasting reports that she's agreed to strip down to her birthday suit for a full-frontal photo spread in a "sex book" ... calling the whole idea "gross."

TMZ has learned ... Lohan is telling friends she would "never do a sex book" ... despite reports that she signed a multi-million dollar deal to pose with James Franco in a series of "graphic" photos for a Madonna-esque book with photographer Terry Richardson.

However, we've learned Lohan HAS agreed to a milder photo shoot with Richardson ... in a book about the "glamor and history" of Hollywood.

No word if Franco is involved in that shoot ... but it's probably a better career move than hosting the Oscars.

Lol dis bitch.

The rise of Adele, New Gay Icon Queefing on your Faves

If you pay attention to the pop charts, you know what it takes for a woman to get to the top of them. Show the world you're a party girl like Ke¢ha. A bodacious confection like Katy Perry. A naughty firecracker like Rihanna. A diva like Lady Gaga. A blonde like Britney. Or you could be a throaty young Brit who sings convincingly of heartbreak and says, "I don't want to be a skinny pop star."

The 22-year-old singer Adele Adkins, whose sophomore release "21" is currently storming toward the top of the Billboard chart, is far from unknown on these shores. Two years ago, on the strength of her hauntingly romantic "Chasing Pavements," she took home the Grammy for best new artist and best female pop performance.

Since then, she's continued to steadily build a devoted following for her distinctively smoky, blessedly non-Auto-tuned style. But at the same moment that Gaga herself has a new release -- the calculated, Madonna-aping "Born This Way" -- who'd have imaged the young woman from Tottenham would emerge as the victorious chart topper, pop queen, and just for the hat trick, gay icon?

What is it that makes Adele so compelling? Surely much of it is her charismatic blend of retro glamour and easy accessibility. Katy Perry, Ke$ha and Gaga all have their charms, but none of them are trying too hard to cultivate an image as a living, breathing human being. Something about all the glitter and gun bras will do that for a lady. In contrast, Adele's version of being really out there is wearing heavy eyeliner. And though even MTV vixens go to the supermarket and get their hearts broken sometimes, there's something about a woman who doesn't look like she just stepped out of a UFO -- or the swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated -- that makes her that much more relatable. She's the kind of woman you can imagine blowing the roof off the nightclub with her powerhouse pipes, then shooting back shots with her mates at the bar afterward. As she shrugged to the Guardian in 2008, "I'm very confident. Even when I read people saying horrible stuff about my weight. Until I start not liking my own body, until it gets in the way of my health or stops me having a boyfriend then I don't care. I'm fine."

Rihfund who? Kitty Pury who? Clitney who?Collapse )

'Glee' spoilers: The end of the Warblers?

As the Regionals episode of "Glee" approaches, the internet has been buzzing about the fate of the Dalton Academy Warblers. Ever since the spoiler about a tragic death leaked this week, fans have been making their own guesses about which character will be leaving the show. While nothing has been confirmed, there have been new clues about what will happen after the Regionals competition takes place.

One Warbler extra, Ryan Dodson, sent out a tweet yesterday that suggested the end of the Dalton Academy team on the show. He stated: "And the Warblers just wrapped for the last time. It's been fun."

The end of the Warblers on the show leads to a number of assumptions. We all knew that Chris Colfer (Kurt) would be returning to New Directions, but it looks like he will be back sooner than later. So where does this leave Blaine? The lead Warbler has been picked up as a series regular. Does this mean he will be transferring to McKinley?

omg. now Kurt and Karofsky can restart their relationship and have gay sex in the boiler room while Will watches. Writers are finally starting to write after seeing the beautiful fanfic!
